	This look like a man who looks like Electro from Spiderman wearing a grey robe, and firing a ray that looks like his own face from his own face. If Anna doesn't put this as a boss in the next Jill Off game I will be sad. Speaking of sad, I notice Jill has no cape in this picture. And also she's a Phalidomide. And she's ugly. Come to think of it she's got a lot to be unhappy about.
